Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

Staff involved were terminated. Current Staff will complete Licensing requirements for Programs (2 hours, formal, in person training). Current Staff will complete Compliance Review for Centers. Owner will periodically throughout the day monitor cameras to ensure compliance in the classroom.

Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Compliance Reviews were completed and CCL verified completion (10/25/23). Owner will periodically througout the day monitor cameras to ensure compliance in the classrooms.
