Non Compliance Observed CCLS observed three shot records missing from children's files that have attended more than 30 days. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program director will obtain the shot records for the children who have immunization records missing. Program director will make sure that they have immunization forms for all children before they start the program. Regulation Description Immunization records. Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed Two staff members were observed caring for an infant without an approved safe sleep course. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program staff will complete this safe sleep course today and Program Director will send the completed certificates to Licensing. Program director will ensure that all staff members complete safe sleep course before they start working at the program. Regulation Description Safe sleep. Non Compliance Observed CCLS observed the front door to be locked at the program and it does not have a one-step motion to exit. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct This was corrected during the visit when the door was unlocked and remained unlocked. The program is going to get a temporary lock latch that allows a one-push exit motion so the door can remain locked on the outside until they move the entry way of the program.
