Licensing observed one personnel employed at the program for 12 months have not maintained a current OPDL certificate on the OKRegistry at the time of visit.
Licensing observed one personnel to have been employed over 12 months to not have maintained a current PDL within 12 months of expiration.
Licensing observed two personnel not having completed at least the required number of professional development clock-hours to maintain a current OPLD certificate on site at the time of visit.

During a recent OIG audit on 10/24/23. It was determined the provider did not maintain adequate attendance records, including arrival and departure times, for all children in care.

In the 3 year old classroom there is an iron bar door that was locked that leads outside.. A key is necessary to unlock the door. The door is able to be opened with a single motion.
At the time of Licensing's visit, three program personnel employed by the program for longer than 12 calendar months, did not have a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate.
