Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed an infant asleep in a crib with a blanket. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Provider will ensure that all blankets and items are removed from the cribs. The director will check the infant room daily. Director will also go over safe sleep practices with teachers Regulation Description Soft products, such as quilts, comforters, sheepskins, pillows, stuffed toys, and bumper pads are prohibited inside and on the side of infant rest equipment. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed two infants sleeping in cribs with boppy pillows hanging on the side of the crib. Director will check daily and assign a back up person to check as well. Regulation Description Play equipment, and other items, except for pacifiers, are not placed inside, above, or attached to the sides of the infant rest equipment, unless there is a medical reason for a monitor or other device as documented per OAC 340:110-3-281.4(b). The door is able to be opened with a single motion.
