Director does not have a current bronze or higher level oklahoma directors credential.
Program is not meeting the required number of master teachers required for the licensed capacity. Program has 2 of the 4 master teachers required.
A teacher did not obtain current CPR/FA certification within 3 months of hire.

We are down sizing all rooms to a ratio that I will only need one teacher until we are able to hire enough teachers to have 3 teachers in each room.
Regulation Description
340:110-3-286(a) - Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.
