Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
*Serious* Licensing observed a personnel that arrived to the program at 11am to work. Background investigation was not submitted for personnel prior to personnel working. Licensing called OBI. OBI informed Licensing that personnel had fingerprints received on 1/14/25 but not BIDS request completed.
Program currently does not have a Master Teacher available that is not a Master Teacher or a Director at another facility.
The outdoor play area and other areas that are accessible to children have a drainage ditch that is hazards. The ditch in the play area has metal pieces and other hazards.
Licensing observed a child latch on the refrigerator door. Health inspection completed on 11/14/24 stated do not use, door won't stay shut.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
