Licensing had personnel that was not caring for infant, with correct training to switch with the personnel without the correct training. Owner will get with director and ensure that any new personnel that has Safe Sleep prior to hire, that the personnel's training is approved by verifying on okregistry. Owner will have personnel in Safe Sleep by 11/21/25. In the future will maintain requirements.

The children were immediately removed off bounce house. Licensing went over high risk activities with the owner and showed in requirements. Owner stated was not aware that the bounce house was considered high risk due to in not being fully enclosed. Owner stated that it is hardly used and will remove it from the property and not use it again. In the future will maintain requirement.
