The Physical environment checklist was not completed within the last 12 months due to the last completion date being 3/13/25.
When licensing walked into the classroom there were 14 three-year-old's and one four-year-old to one personnel which put them over three children's according to the single-age ratio for three-year-old's.
Annual drills such as relocation, lockdown, and evacuation have not been conducted annually and last date conducted was April 2022.

Facility - The facility is not free of pests due to the presence of rodents.

We have a standing year round contract wtih Orkin for pest control services. In the event of pests or rodents being spotted in our facility, our procedure is to contact our VP of Facility Maintenance first
to allow our team to address the issue. In the event this does not remedy the issue the next step would be to contact our Orkin rep and schedule a visit to assess the issue The professional recommendation would be submitted for approval so the recommended service can be carried out. These are the steps taken in this instance that led to successful results and these will be the steps taken in the future it this situation presents itself again.
