Appropriate sleep environment
Non Compliance Observed One infant was asleep in a crib using a pacifier that had a clip attachment on it. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The clip was removed promptly. Program states the teachers will re-take safe sleep training and make sure any pacifier attachments are removed before placing children in cribs.
