  • The one year old and older classroom had 11 children to one staff with 9 one year olds. Two personnel were present but one personnel was resting and could not be counted in the ratio. This ratio is required to revert back to the straight ratio for one year olds since the total number one year olds was more than 2 per personnel so the ratio was required be reverted back to the straight ratio for one year olds since that was the youngest age in the classroom. The straight ratio for one year olds is one personnel to 6 one year olds.
