The infants, 1s and 2s classroom had 14 children present with two staff; there were five infants in the group.
A teacher in the infants, 1's and 2's classroom was lying on the floor in a position that did not all allow for adequate supervision of the children; this was observed by Licensing for approximately 3 minutes; another teacher was supervising the 14 children present.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
