Non Compliance Observed Two teaching staff that have been employed for 12 months or longer do not have current OPDL. The other employee is processing hers today. The director will remind staff on their 10 month anniversary to submit for renewal and follow-up. Know children
Non Compliance Observed Teaching personnel are unable to identify or recognize children assigned to their group because children are routinely moved between classroom. Licensing inquired about the ages of the children in their care. Staff were unable to provide the ages of the children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct New teachers will be retrained immediately on attendance charting and face to name recognition and age charting. Children remain in their primary rooms from 9am-4:30pm daily but arrival and departure hours are transition periods. Two new staff were present in this class. Toileting facilities
Non Compliance Observed During today's visit staff and children were observed on the playground. The exterior door was locked and staff did not have a means to enter the building without an individual inside the building opening the door. When a child needed to use the restroom, the toileting facility was not easily accessible. Teachers will be trained to promptly communicate with each other for child restroom usage. Regulation Description For every 15 children 2 years of age and older, the facility has at least one toilet, excluding urinals and potty chairs, easily accessible and in the same building where care is provided.
