Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Monthly drills were last completed in May. Program did not do drills in June due to only being open for two weeks. Drills have not been completed for July at this time.
Licensing observed one staff employed over 90 days to not have approved FA training and has not completed ELCCT training.
Licensing observed two staff employed over 90 days to not have ELCCT training.
Licensing observed teacher working alone in classroom. A background check has not been submitted for the teacher and fingerprints have not been completed.
Staff working in under the sea classroom does not have completed fingerprints or a completed background check. Staff cannot count in child/staff ratio.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
