Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed teacher working alone in classroom. A background check has not been submitted for the teacher and fingerprints have not been completed. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Staff will not work at the program unsupervised until fingerprints have been completed and a background check has been submitted. Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed two staff employed over 90 days to not have ELCCT training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff will complete ELCCT training and submit a copy to CECPD. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Non Compliance Observed Staff working in under the sea classroom does not have completed fingerprints or a completed background check. Staff cannot count in child/staff ratio.
