• Daily Classroom Inspections: Management will conduct and document daily inspections to ensure there is no visible mold in any room. Any finding will be addressed and cleaned immediately. • Immediate Response Protocol: If visible mold or a musty odor is detected, a licensed remediation company will be contacted for assessment and treatment. Licensing and families will be notified immediately, and children will be relocated as necessary. • Air Purification: Portable air purifiers utilizing HEPA filters and ION technology have been introduced throughout the facility. • Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew now uses an anti-fungal cleaning agent in nightly cleaning routines. • Ongoing Collaboration: We will continue to work closely with our landlord and their contractors to promptly address and prevent any future issues.

Attendance is signed and filed in personnel records.
