1) Children that are known biters will be placed by the teacher and given an age appropriate activity during diaper changes. 2) Mirror was mounted to wall to give teacher better visibility of children during diaper changes.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Although we do not agree with these findings, we will conduct a company wide training to refresh the proper policies, procedures, and standards expected of the staff.
