Non Compliance Observed The child to staff ratio was 7:1 with one infant and one toddler, remaining children were two years. The classroom is out of ratio due to the child to staff ratio of 6:1. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Corrected at the time of the visit and will speak with staff about ratios. Supervisor is removing the serious designation upon verbal grievance. Supervisor present for the follow up and asking program to sign. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
