  • SERIOUS-When licensing arrived, a staff member was in the parking lot leaving a classroom with a ratio of 12:1 with 2 Infants.
  • Children were served food items that were left uncovered in the classroom for a significant amount of time.
  • Children were served hot breakfast food items that had been sitting in the classroom for a significant amount of time on a plastic plate. Food was not kept warm.
  • SERIOUS-There is a bassinet in the director's office.
