Non Compliance Observed SERIOUS-When licensing arrived, a staff member was in the parking lot leaving a classroom with a ratio of 12:1 with 2 Infants. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct A staff member returned to the building and entered the classroom to correct ratio. Program will have a staff meeting to review ratio's, supervision and classroom coverage. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2024-11-21

Non Compliance Observed Children were served food items that were left uncovered in the classroom for a significant amount of time. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will review food service requirements at staff meeting. Director and staff will ensure that food remains covered at all times as required. Regulation Description General. Foods are covered and protected from contamination, including cross-contamination between raw and cooked foods, toxic substances, or insects or rodents while being stored, prepared, displayed, dispensed, packaged, or transported. Non Compliance Observed Children were served hot breakfast food items that had been sitting in the classroom for a significant amount of time on a plastic plate. Food was not kept warm. Director will ensure food is served timely and look at options for keeping food warm (containers and food service equipment). Non Compliance Observed SERIOUS-When licensing arrived the indoor temperature was 63 degrees. Heater was repaired before licensing left. Program temperature was within required range when licensing left. Program will purchase indoor thermometers for 2 classrooms with out a thermostat.
