Non Compliance Observed SERIOUS-When licensing arrived, a staff member was in the parking lot leaving a classroom with a ratio of 12:1 with 2 Infants. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct A staff member returned to the building and entered the classroom to correct ratio. Program will have a staff meeting to review ratio's, supervision and classroom coverage. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
