Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Staff member was asleep in chair when licensing worker entered the room. Licensing asked a staff member through the door, of the adjoining room to witness this staff member sleeping and this other teacher had to waken the sleeping teacher. Children were engaged in arts and crafts and free play. Room was not chaotic. noise level was very soft.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
