Non Compliance Observed one staff member with expired PDL Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Staff has submitted PDL registration 7-11-24. Staff will continue to send in application registration at least 45 days in advance of due date to insure it is reflecting on the registry as current. Director will remind staff and staff is responsible for keeping their PDL registry current and set reminders for themselves. Regulation Description have a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF - Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder of Level 4 or higher. Supervision
Non Compliance Observed Staff member was asleep in chair when licensing worker entered the room. Licensing asked a staff member through the door, of the adjoining room to witness this staff member sleeping and this other teacher had to waken the sleeping teacher. Children were engaged in arts and crafts and free play. Room was not chaotic. noise level was very soft. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Workers will be held accountable for not following classroom procedures and supervision. Director will ensure that supervision will be obtained at all times in each classroom. Supervision will be discussed with staff members Regulation Description Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed.
