Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
The program last did drills in June. The Director stated this is one thing they have been behind on. Licensing discussed with the program writing a to-do for drills at the same time each month, might help them to remember to do them.
4 teaching personnel who have been employed over 12 months do not have a current OPDL.
The personnel employed as the director of the program, does not have a current Oklahoma Director's Credential. The personnel's credential expired on 4/9/21.
The program does not have the required number of master teachers employed with the program. The program currently only has 1 qualified master teacher and 1 probationary master teacher employed
During the visit, there were 4 personnel working on site without complete criminal history results.
The personnel working in the Toddler 2 classroom did not have complete criminal history results therefore do not count in ratios as qualified personnel
The refrigerators in infants, Toddler 2 and early preschool did not have thermometers.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
