Non Compliance Observed Licensing viewed the registry and several staff had expired PDL's Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct The program submitted CPR/FA certification to CECPD for staff. The program plans to sit with each staff and work through getting their trainings updated. The program is providing the funds for the PMT to get certified. The program stated they plan to have more accountability for getting things done. The program plans to work in time management to be able to work through trainings with staff during the work day. Areas of Improvement and corrections of non-compliance from previous visit:

Ms. Murray stated the environment of the program keeps getting better and better. The admin. team is amazing and the Chef is amazing. The overall environment is more and more like minded people. Ms. Murray has improving within the onboarding process for the program, doing real in-depth interview process and continue training. Trying to learn to train staff during the work day and have the available staff to be able to do that. The program did a fundraiser with Cains.
