1. The teacher involved has already been terminated for another incident. 2. We will let every employee know that they cannot threaten to take blankets or anything else from a child. We will show them how to properly tell a child what they want without using threats. 3. We will also be looking for additional training for this complaint.

Hold an emergency, mandator staff meeting for all other teachers. -09/05/2024 (Done) 4. Re-Evaluating and observing the teacher that was written up over the course of 90 days. 5. Setting up in-person training courses at the Resource and Referral Agency for all teachers. Requested trainings are Positive Discipline and Conscious Discipline and any other training recommended by agency. (waiting on call back from agency) 6. Re-training and Re-Evaluating all teachers to make sure they are using the proper techniques and procedures we value at our center. 7. Create more 2 teacher classrooms. 8. Any recommendations by DHS will be done.
