Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one staff employed on 12/1/23 to not have a current PDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Ms. Wells reported that the staff is working on their training. Once the training is complete, staff will submit the PDL for renewal. In the future, staff will complete training in a timely manner. Regulation Description Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder.
