Child was left unattended by teacher during diapering. Teacher stepped away to get diapering supplies from storage area. Diapering Procedures requires the child be attended to at all times.
Mats with bedding on it were folded and stored on top of each other in one classroom closet.
One staff has not completed ELCCT training within 90 days of employment. They are in the process of completing it.
One teacher has not gained current CPR and First aid training due to class being cancelled and not rescheduled. One teacher took an unapproved CPR and First Aid course.

There were four emergency medications stored on a hook at children's eye level in one classroom by the cubbies.
The mini-trampoline in use did not have a padded handle.
