Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent
Non Compliance Observed One staff has not completed ELCCT training within 90 days of employment. They are in the process of completing it. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Staff will finish the training. Director will track who is due to complete the training and check for completions. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Diaper changing procedures
Non Compliance Observed Child was left unattended by teacher during diapering. Teacher stepped away to get diapering supplies from storage area. Diapering Procedures requires the child be attended to at all times.
