Management will walkthrough the classes during different times to ensure all teachers are using appropriate tones of voices and all children are served all meals at meals times.

All staff have been retrained on how to meet the needs of a child with special needs.

The staff was helping the child at the time. All staff have been retrained on the proper protocol for diapering and toileting/diaper changes.

All staff have been retrained on the policy of how to appropriately speak to a child when they have a toilet accident per DHS and La Petite Academy's poilcy.
