Try to hire more teachers per class so I will have more supervision inside the classroom and outside at all times.

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

We will complete equipment inventory and add any additional toys and equipment needed.

Will be contacting every parent when there is any kind of head injury.

Teachers are aware of every incident that happens in the classroom and is able to write a boo-boo report to parents. They are to check each child prior to leaving the classroom. I have also downsized my classroom from 12 & 14 kids to 10 kids per classroom. This will also help with accidents. I have 2 teachers per class.

Teachers are to take more training on how to speak to children in a normal tone without raising their voices. There will be 2 to 3 teachers in these classes. Will lower than the amount of kids. I will have R&R come in more often to speak with teachers and to see if there is something they can help with. This teacher was written up and dismissed from my facility.
