  • Noncompliance was observed at time of visit due CCL being unable to determine if the February Monthly drills were conducted due to the provider not documenting monthly drills. CCL was unable to confirm or determine if the drills were conducted due to no documentation of the drills being completed for the month of February.
  • Noncompliance observed due to missing child enrolment forms for two children present during the visit. The missing forms include compliance file notification and insurance notification form. The child has been attending the program since 2024.
