Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
At the time of licensing's visit, the Assistant caregiver who has been employed longer than 3 months has not completed first aid and CPR training at the time of visit.
At the time of licensing's visit, Assistant caregiver have not obtained and maintained a current Level 1 or higher OPDL certificate.
Bathroom sink cabinet does not have a child-safety lock making cleaning products accessible to children.
Primary caregiver has expired first aid/CPR as of 3/31/2025. Assistant caregiver who has been employed longer than 3 months has not completed first aid and CPR training.
Assistant caregiver has an expired PDL as of 3/7/25.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
