Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed that the caregiver has not obtained a Level 1 OPDL certificate.
Licensing observed the caregiver completed 8 clock-hours from 3/1/2024-3/1/2025. Licensing has observed that the last professional development training was completed and/or submitted to the CECPD OKRegistry on 12/4/2024
Licensing observed pets on the premises with documentation of rabies vaccination with an expiration date of 3/26/2025
Licensing observed that the caregiver has not obtained a Level 1 OPDL certificate.
Licensing observed the caregiver completed 8 clock-hours from 3/1/2024-3/1/2025. 2 clock-hours are more than 12 months old and will not count towards obtaining a Level 1 OPDL certificate. The caregiver has not submitted CPR/FA training documentation to the OKRegistry.
Licensing observed children in care with assistant that is 17 years of age. Licensing arrived to conduct a follow-up permit visit and the caregiver was not present in the home. There were three children in care with the caregiver's assistant and grandson.

Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation.
