Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed all 26 enrolled children signed in on this date; however, only 22 children were actually present at the center on this date. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Attendance is recorded daily for only children in care. Owner/ director will check attendance for each classroom to ensure that the children that are checked in are actually present at the center. Non Compliance Observed When worker arrived, the teacher in the infant and 1-year-old room stepped out of the room leaving the ratio 4 children to 0 personnel. Another classroom had a ratio of 13 children to 1 personnel with one 2 year old.
