- PDL still expired for one staff that was expired at previous full visit. Three other PDL's not obtained or maintained as required. New van purchased June 6th, 2023. Fenced in another yard for outdoor play. Purchased new outside toys. toddler dome and monkey bar. New grass in toddler area. Purchased benches for afterschool outdoor area. Purchased new kitchen appliances. New cameras for new outdoor area.
