Child Care Licensing observed nine staff no personnel information form submitted to Licensing within two weeks of employment.
Child Care Licensing observed one staff employed more then 12 months, expired Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL).
SERIOUS NON-COMPLIANCE: Child Care Licensing observed program staff working without Criminal History Review form submitted to the Background Investigation Unit or fingerprints completed.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
