- extended hours, pest control twice a month, teacher resource room renovated, paid training staff, computer lab, made infants' program and services, new social media presence, new van, new roof, hydration station with water bottle refills, handicap ramps in all entrances, renovated handicap bathroom, created special needs resources and services with modified facility to accommodate more people, new equipment for gross motor skills, added new teaching strategies such as curriculum, assessments, forms, and other document
