Non Compliance Observed Licensing verified personnel and was informed that the responsible entity listed in CCMASS is no longer at the church. Licensing observed in CCMASS file cabinet an addendum uploaded for new responsible entity effective 11/17/25. Licensing observed no personnel pending under employees. Licensing observed background check for the new responsible entity submitted on 12/10/25 and current status is in process. Supervision
Non Compliance Observed When entering classroom licensing observed and counted 8 children. A child had left and re-entered the classroom several times without teaching knowing. Reviewing safety, being aware of the children in the class and whereabouts. Director will get with the programs coach to see if the coach can come out for supervision. Director will discuss in monthly meetings a reminder about supervision to help maintain in the future. Regulation Description Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a 3 month old infant sitting unbuckled in a bouncer.
