Non Compliance Observed Fire extinguishers have not been inspected or tagged since August of 2022. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Staff has called the company while worker was present and has scheduled an appointment for them to come out and service extinguishers. Non Compliance Observed Thermometer in the fridge being used to stored student's milk was not functioning or reading temperature. All staff have current CPR/FA and the program will continue to have staff enroll prior to 90-days of employment, and drills and tests have been completed every month. The CDS is now working and in compliance.
