The child was moved to a crib during the visit. In the future, the teachers will move a crib from another room in order for all infants to be sleeping in a crib. Director will check to verify all the infants are sleeping in a crib and the mattress will be removed from the classroom. Director will hold a staff meeting to discuss with the staff the requirements of safe sleep, emphasizing on sleep environments.
