Diapers must be changed every hour. Soiled diapers will be changed immediately when noticed. The staff will mark the new changed diaper with the time of change and they will mark on Procare showing the time of change too.

The director is going to have a staff meeting to go over ratios and supervision and stress the fact that a staff member cannot leave a room unsupervised. She is going to have each staff member sign a statement saying they have been trained on this issue of supervision and staying with the children. The form will state the staff understand how important supervision is to the facility.
