Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
The program does not currently have a director for the program and has been without a director since 5/14/2026.
When licensing arrived, there was one teacher who did not have safe sleep training working with infants.
Licensing observed a mop bucket with water standing in it in a classroom with children present.
The program did not complete drills for the month of May.
The program is missing immunization records for two children present today.
When licensing arrived there was one teacher on site working with children and was the only adult in the building. This teacher did not have documentation of having current first aid/CPR training.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
