Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
The one year and older classroom had one child present with an individual that did not a qualify staff person, due to not having a criminal history request submitted. This individual left the classroom while licensing was present, leaving the child unattended.
