Licensing observed a 1-year-old asleep in a crib with a sippy cup of milk
Licensing observed the central detection system has not been inspected and tagged within the last 12 months. Last inspection date was 6/30/2024
3 personnel have not obtained infection control training within the last 12 months.
Licensing could not verify a completed, licensing approved safe sleep training for the staff member that was caring for the infants when worker arrived.
Licensing observed multiple children enrolled did not have a compliance file form completed in the last 12 months.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
