Personnel was terminated effective 3/17/25. Staff meetings will be held on 3/18/25 to discuss rules, regulations and care for children and how crucial it is no other employee does this. Appropriate tone and language will be used at all times.

Plan to Correct

Staff meeting will be held on 3/18/25 to discuss safe sleep and to do a quiz over safe sleep practices. Each quiz will be gone over, infant teachers will go through regular safe sleep practices and training before being considered to go into the infant room

Regulation Description

340:110-3-296(b)(2)(B)(ii) - When an infant falls asleep in equipment other than appropriate rest equipment, the infant is immediately moved to appropriate rest equipment.

Staff meeting with Director will be held on 3/18/25. We will go over Director responsibilities, duties, and protocols in situations so that Director meets and maintains Licensing requirements at all times.

Staff and Personnel in charge will act immediately to correct any hazards or non-compliances. Failure to do so will result in write up, suspension, or termination. This will ensure we maintain Licensing requirements at all times.
