Ms. Lawson has terminated the staff involved. She stated she has now implemented name to face on procare every time a child moves between classrooms, or inside to outside, and has updated her personnel policies to reflect that change and has verbally discussed this with all staff.

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Policy for checking and changing kids have been reviewed with staff. Procare will be audited on a regular basis to ensure that checks and changes are documented.
