Complaint:

Prudent and Responsible Behavior: A child left the program with unexplained marks, and the program did not believe the incident occurred on-site. Additionally, children were not handled in a prudent or responsible manner during rest time, including one child who was placed roughly onto a cot. Reporter provided documentation including video showing the staff member placing the children on their mats in a rough manner.
