Two classrooms do not have a posted secondary evacuation route.
One classroom does not have the location of fire extinguishers posted.
Four classrooms do not have a posted daily schedule.
Four classrooms do not have posted weekly lesson plans.
The staff person with child passenger safety training certification left the program on 1/16/24; no other staff have completed the training; was due by 4/16/24.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
