Facility - Center is using classroom that has mold.

I as the owner/director have taken procedures to make sure all mold was removed out of the classroom and in the future, we won't use classrooms if there is mold.

Facility (SERIOUS) - Indoor temperature was over 80 degrees on 07-21-25 and on other days as well.
Plan to Correct
Notice to Comply states "we have purchased 5 AC window units to ensure temps stay below 80 degrees. Our attorney is working with the landlord on getting HVAC units replaced. Thermostats are checked daily to make sure proper temps are maintained. The center will close if unable to meet required temps. Center will maintain required temp of 80 or below".

We have hired a company to remove all mold and do quarterly run test. Classroom will not be used until mold is removed from the classroom. We will submit a letter informing licensing the mold has been removed prior to using the classroom.

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Records - Personnel allowed a parent to pick up medication with other medication accessible breaking confidentiality.
