Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Personnel job positions are not listed correctly on the Direct Care Organization therefor the program is not maintaining all items listed in the direct care facility handbook.
When licensing arrived all fire exit doors in the classrooms were locked, persons can not exit without unlocking the door handle. Doors do not open, unlock, or unlatch with one single motion.
At the time of visit licensing observed the program to not have maintained compliance and insurance notifications for 2 families enrolled at the time of enrollment.
