Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed one personnel listed in CCMASS and on okregistry as an Assistant Teacher and had a PDL that expired 9/13/25 and has not resubmitted for renewal. Licensing verified personnel with director. Director stated that personnel was an assistant teacher, however did not get hours to renew PDL and moved the personnel to support. Program could not provide licensing with any documentation as to when personnel went to support or that personnel has not been used to fill positions listed in 284.1 or 284.2.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
