- Licensing observed one personnel listed in CCMASS and on okregistry as an Assistant Teacher and had a PDL that expired 9/13/25 and has not resubmitted for renewal. Licensing verified personnel with director. Director stated that personnel was an assistant teacher, however did not get hours to renew PDL and moved the personnel to support. Program could not provide licensing with any documentation as to when personnel went to support or that personnel has not been used to fill positions listed in 284.1 or 284.2.
